SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed have a vaired delievery time if the kitchens are in stock they can be delivered withing 14 business days however if they need to be manufactured we will provide you with a lead time upon placement of order . Deliveries can be made direct to your door or we can arrange for pick up from our warehouse 1/48 Redcliffe Gardens Drive, Queensland. All shipping will be calculated upon purchase.

RETURN POLICY

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged not for a change of mind. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@kitchenworkz.com.au with details of the product and the defect. Once we have come to an agreement we can organise shipping to our warehouse

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

 

PAYMENT METHOD

Once we have confirmed the order with you, we require a 50% deposit to be paid via direct deposit into the company account below. Once the order has been shiped to your address we will require the additional 50% prior to delivery.
